介紹:流行性乙型腦炎病毒(Japanese Encephalitis Virus/JEV)簡(jiǎn)稱乙腦病毒(JEV)是一種屬于黃病毒家族的病毒,是日本腦炎血清復(fù)合體的一部分,由9種基因和抗原相關(guān)的病毒組成,其中一些在馬身上特別嚴(yán)重,以及四種已知會(huì)感染人類的病毒,包括西尼羅河病毒。這種包膜病毒與西尼羅河病毒和圣路易斯腦炎病毒密切相關(guān)。正義單鏈RNA基因組被包裹在衣殼蛋白形成的衣殼內(nèi)。外包膜由包膜蛋白(E)形成,是保護(hù)性抗原。它幫助病毒進(jìn)入細(xì)胞?;蚪M也編碼一些非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白(NS1、NS2a、NS2b、NS3、N4a、NS4b、NS5)。NS1是分泌型的,NS3是假定的解旋酶,NS5是病毒RNA聚合酶。已經(jīng)注意到乙腦病毒感染內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)腔,并迅速積累大量的病毒蛋白。
