介紹：FOXP3是轉錄調節因子叉頭/翼螺旋家族的成員。FOX轉錄因子家族是一大類(lèi)蛋白質(zhì)，它們共享一個(gè)共同的DNA結合域，稱(chēng)為翼螺旋或叉頭結構域。FOXP3作為轉錄抑制因子并調節T細胞活化，其在CD4 T細胞中的過(guò)度表達導致活化誘導的細胞因子產(chǎn)生和增殖的減弱。在調節性T（Treg）細胞中，FOXP3對Treg抑制功能至關(guān)重要，其表達導致IL-17表達的抑制。FOXP3基因突變導致IPEX，這是一種致命的X連鎖遺傳性疾病，以免疫失調為特征。FOXP3蛋白對正常的免疫穩態(tài)至關(guān)重要。具體而言，FOXP3通過(guò)DNA結合叉頭結構域抑制轉錄，從而調節T細胞活化?？?/span>FOXP3抗體對于對轉錄因子活性、多內分泌疾病、免疫調節和DNA結合研究感興趣的研究人員非常有用。
